A coach since 1999 he has worked with the CEO and executive
team of a UK-based insurance company; the senior partner of an
international Interior Design firm; a Ph.D. Managing Director of a
Biotechnology Investment Fund; the local head of an international
Executive Search firm; General Manager of a Strategic Business
Unit of a multi-national Telecom Equipment provider; sales
personnel; entrepreneurs; the head of a Consulting company; and
individuals on issues as diverse as organizational development,
quality of life, retirement planning, goal setting and attainment,
personal motivation, and leadership styles.

A manager in the U.S. for Xerox Corporation for 10 years, Mr.
Juarez moved to Shanghai in 1988, has lived in Hong Kong and
Taipei and worked throughout the Asia-Pacific Region. Over the
years he has honed his skills by providing a wide range of services
to corpora-tions doing business in Greater China and the Asia-
Pacific Region.
